Delivery time
Orders typically arrive in 8–12 business days, with many arriving on the earlier end. Every order is carefully packed and shipped with full tracking, so you'll know exactly where your Petnest is from the moment it leaves us.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can follow your package at any time using the link in that email.

Occasional delays
During periods of high demand or around manufacturing holidays, some orders may take longer than usual to arrive. If your order is affected, we'll let you know by email and keep you updated until it's in your hands.
